80th birthday card and mini Easter buckets

My mum asked me to make an 80th birthday card she could give to her sister.  After scouring Pinterest I came across this card design.  So I got the measurements and made this card....

It took me a few hours to make but I am happy with how it turned out.  It ends up 15cm square in size.  So I got out my Envelope Punch board and the Envelope paper Stampin' Up! make and made an envelope for it.

Yesterday I was at the cheap shop and saw these mini buckets and thought I could make something for easter out of these, so I bought some and this is what I come up with....

Then my daughter told me they were so cute she would put them on Facebook under a couple of the local buy, swap and sell sites and have ended up with about 30 to make!  I don't mind I have fun making them :)

So excited when my order turns up!  The Delicate Details was my freebie for spending over $90!  On the same day I was having a play with my other free item Hey, Chick! for easter cards.

This one I stamped the egg image onto the card base then I stamped the images again on some white card stock, then using my aqua painters I painted the eggs with ink.

This one has several layers and again I used the aqua painter to colour the chicken and the eggs. 

I got my inspiration from Pinterest, love Pinterest!  Such a great source of inspiration.

Hoping to do some more crafting tomorrow on my day off!  I have a market stall on Saturday so I need some more stock!

How many of you out there can relate to this meme I came across?  I know I definitely relate to this! Stampin' Up! doesn't make it easy with all the great products they have, I usually want ALL of them lol

How's your weekend going so far? I was meant to go to the races today and dress up with a fascinator and everything but because of the rain we've been having it got called off, so disappointed I didn't get to dress up!

I'm hoping to do some more crafting tomorrow, so.....

Hi everyone, I hope you are all having a nice weekend. I woke up to drizzling rain this morning and a call from my daughter asking to babysit my grandson for an hour.  So of course I said yes!  Who wouldn't want to look after a gorgeous 2 weeks and 5 day old baby :)

I made this card for an elderly lady from our CWA group who has done some damage to herself. 

Everything I have used is Stampin' Up! though some of it is discontinued. 

Beautiful You

A friend of mine and co-demonstrator, Tanya, visited me today and brought with her the Beautiful You stamp set.  This is a set I have yet to purchase and I do WANT one!! It's a lovely stamp set I love the ladies and they are great to colour.  On the below two cards I coloured them by using the aqua painters and ink on the water colour paper.

This one is a half Z fold card.
